Q. How to Use SMSDashboard CRM?

A. CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software is a necessity for service-based companies to streamline and resolve customer queries in a timely manner. Online shopping, ride-sharing, university, consultancy, and travel companies usually apply CRM software to handle client interactions through calls, chat, emails, and support tickets.

A. Generating a Licence Key for Better Access

Step 1: Visit https://crm.smsdashboard.com/7days.php

Step 2: Input your name and mobile number including your country code (no "+") sign.

Step 3: Press "Generate Trial Licence". An alphanumeric licence key will be displayed below in green.

Step 4: Paste the licence key into the extension where it requests the Licence Key.

B. Installing the SMSDashboard CRM Extension

Step 1: Go to https://crm.smsdashboard.com/login.php and download the extension ZIP file.

Step 2: Create a new folder on your computer and paste the downloaded ZIP file into it.

Step 3: Unzip (extract) the contents of the ZIP file within the same folder.

Step 4: Open Google Chrome, touch the three dots (menu) in the top-right corner, then go to Extensions > Manage Extensions.

Step 5: Enable Developer Mode (toggle switch located in the top-right corner of the extensions page).

Step 6: Tap on "Load unpacked" in the top-left corner and select the folder with extracted files.

Step 7: The extension will open WhatsApp Web and the SMSDashboard CRM window. Tap on the extension icon to the right of the Chrome menu and pin it for quick access.

Step 8: Use your phone to scan the WhatsApp Web QR code. If the webpage is slow, refresh the browser.

Step 9: Since the CRM extension has now been viewed on WhatsApp Web, navigate to "Broadcast", and click on "Insert Licence Key" and paste in your licence code.
